Coaching with a framework

Focus Family First was started in 2018 when Founder, Ashleigh Walls, completed Certified Divorce Coach training, mentorship, and testing requirements.

Who needs a coach? Well, it turns out a lot of people can benefit.

Work first began with individual petitioners and respondents. The practice grew to include support for extended family, through transitional times and beyond. Is your sister having a fit because you’re getting divorced from your wife (of course she’s sorry to hear it), but what about her business partnership with your wife? You get the idea!

Enter the need for training beyond divorce coaching.

The goal? Elevating the practice to help more people.

How? With a framework, of course!

Enter the OOLA - anyone looking for some oohlala? - Lifestyle Framework.

No matter the individual goals, long-term or short, this framework is used across Focus Family First client segments. Clients are guided through a personalized journey to rebalance priorities, reignite personal and professional growth, and renew purpose in every area of life!

Balance, growth, and purpose across the seven key areas of life — fitness, finances, family, field (career), faith, friendships, and fun — are made a priority.

Schedule time to learn how you could benefit from personalized support to help navigate, and thrive, through change. Coaching can help.
